Noeteca offers handmade one cup-at-a-time coffee to order. This produces an amazingly fresh and delicious cup of coffee. For those who could drink a tanker full, you can get a whole French-Press pot of coffee all to yourself. Our little powerhouse espresso machine quickly churns out all the usual espresso drinks. We purchase premium coffee from a local family owned roasting company who selects only the top grade and highly rated green coffees from around the world. Of course we feature Fair Trade Organic beans. Some of our guests have said our coffee is the best in the city. If you should happen to become addicted, we have “frequent flier” cards. You can also save 25¢ on your coffee and espresso drinks when you bring in your own travel mug.

We have limited our list to about 25 wines so we can offer everything by the glass and half-glass. In order to give our guests the most bang for their buck, we made every effort to search for “hidden gems” to feature on our wine list. Our preferences were given to small production, family-owned wineries. We also try to feature wines that are out of the ordinary, allowing our guests to experience new varietals and choose their own favorites. Our half-glass prices are straight forwardly one-half of the full-glass price, so you can mix, match, create your own flights, and be a bit playful. (Sorry, we can’t sell individual bottles to take home. …Yet.)

We have chosen a selection of carefully prepared foods, some of which we make ourselves, and some we get from others. We order our foods from family owned producers and choose natural and organically grown foods as much as possible. We have made every effort to stretch the limits of what we can create at Noeteca and feature blackboard specials daily. Our specials are posted on Twitter.

Noeteca has both indoor and sidewalk seating. We offer free Wi-Fi to our guests. In the mornings and afternoons, you can simply drop in for coffee and pastries, or nosh on something more substantial. Most of our food and drink is available to-go. In the evenings, relax over a glass of wine, and if you’re hungry, enjoy our small plates or blackboard specials. On special occasions we present prix fixe menus for a unique dining experience.

Noeteca seats about 24 at small tables, an intimate corner bar, and a small lounge space. We can accommodate groups up to 10 fairly easily with a little advance notice. Larger groups present more of a challenge, but can squeeze in quite satisfactorily. Consider hosting your group event at Noeteca.

Noeteca is family friendly establishment and has a small stash of books and toys suitable for youngsters. A kid’s menu, high-chairs and space for stroller parking are also available.
